This quest is called 'The Good, The Bad and Just Plain Ugly', for Adventurers levels 20 to 50.
Description of The Good, The Bad and Just Plain Ugly:
Welcome Adventurer, I have been informed by my loyal staff of guards that
there has been some trouble brewing within the walls of my fair city. I can
only ask of you to survey the town for anything out of the ordinary. While
on your travels, I strongly insist that you pay a visit to a few of the
town's inhabitants. On another note, I have also received threatening
letters from criminals in the area about placing explosives within a large
building of Rune. Please make haste in your actions, we can not afford any
further distractions from the matter at hand. Once you have completed your
task, please report to my head knight for your debriefing. You must go now
brave adventurer, you must end the terror!. May The Powers Watch Over You!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 30 quest points, 4 practice points, 11000 experience points, and 3500 gold pieces.
You have 150 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
The Good, The Bad and Just Plain Ugly consists of:
Phase 1: Defeat Thanak.
Sits outside the Laughing Fey in Rune on east Main Street. He is killed often so you may have to wait for repop — Killerbeez
Phase 2: Defeat Gnak.
In the back room of the Laughing Fey in Rune. — Gluran
Phase 3: Locate and deliver a normal ration to Raksann.
Buy normal ration at the General Store in Rune. From Thanak (in phase 1): 1e, 1n. Raksann is found wandering around Rune. — Gluran
Phase 4: Visit Doctor Rune.
He wonders around Rune. — Vur
Phase 5: Journey to Behind the Clock Face.
Clock Tower in the southwest of Rune (1e from the very southwest corner of Rune). Parts of the tower are dark, so you will need a light source. Enter the tower, go all the way up and north at the top to get behind the clock face. — Gluran
Phase 6: Visit The knight, Sir Tristan.
