Description of Water Restrictions:
Suddenly, a pale, young man stumbles into the audience chamber where you
are dining with Lord Agrippa. "You must help me, Lord. Desert Thorn no
longer has water and its people are dying!" He turns to face you before his
eyes glaze over he collapses and is taken away by priests. Lord Agrippa
turns to face you, a solemn look upon his face. "You know what you have to
do!" He exclaims. You travel toward the Desert picturing all the poor
thirsty people!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
