This quest [1812] is called 'Water Restrictions',
for Adventurers levels 180 to 240.
Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
Suddenly, a pale, young man stumbles into the audience chamber where you
are dining with Lord Agrippa. "You must help me, Lord. Desert Thorn no
longer has water and its people are dying!" He turns to face you before his
eyes glaze over he collapses and is taken away by priests. Lord Agrippa
turns to face you, a solemn look upon his face. "You know what you have to
do!" He exclaims. You travel toward the Desert picturing all the poor
thirsty people!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 55 quest points, 6 practice points, 15,000 experience points,
 0 build points, 0 piety, and 11,000 gold pieces.
You have 240 minutes remaining to complete this quest.

Phase 1: Locate and deliver a yakskin canteen to A desert soldier.
Phase 2: Locate and deliver a yakskin canteen to A nomad.
Phase 3: Locate and deliver a yakskin canteen to A small camel.
Phase 4: Locate and deliver a yakskin canteen to A gila monster.
Phase 5: Journey to Oasis.
Phase 6: Locate and deliver a yakskin canteen to A lost traveler.
