NPC: Bartel
Long Desc: Bartel arranges items on a shelf near the back of the shop.

This elderly man mumbles an unintelligible greeting as you walk in the
door.  When New Rigel was first being built, he was one of the clever
entrepreneurs that forsaw the need for a general store of some kind.  While
other shopkeepers were coming up with unique products to sell, he simply
offered useful items, and because a success with very little effort.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
