NPC: A not-so-wealthy merchant
Long Desc: A merchant is here, hurrying along the road.

The not-so-wealthy merchant travels between towns trying to make ends
meet by selling his junky old wares.  He is in a real hurry, so he refuses
to even stop and talk with you.  To be compassionate, you could follow him
to the next town and purchase his goods.  This poor unfortunate man has
nothing but this job to earn a living for himself, and perhaps even a
family.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
