NPC: Williamson Castaway
Long Desc: A haggard-looking beachcomber with hand-stitched clothing stands here grinning.

He introduces his name as Williamson Castaway.  Ironically, this man is
extremely consumed with consumerism.  Williamson was stranded here when he
fell of his tour boat years ago.  He was an accountant so naturally to keep
his sanity he began to appraise everything that washed up on shore.  Now, he
is so wrapped up in the economic world he has created he doesn't think to
ask for rescue anymore.
It is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
