NPC: A dracon shopkeeper
Long Desc: A dracon munches on a piece of wood, and belches flame dangerously close to you.

This shopkeeper is quite obviously a dracon.  As he munches contentedly
on a chunk of mahogany and spits fire across the room carelessly, you
realize that there are large scorched areas of the shop.  Perhaps there's
been a fire or two in here before.  You should probably decide what you
want, and buy it before there's another "accident."
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
