Description of The Mystic Arts:
Hello Adventurer, I have a task that I would like you to perform for me. I
recently developed an interest in learning how to defend myself rather than
relying on guards. As part of my training I am learning the art of magic.
This is where you can help me, I am very busy and have no time to run and
get the items I need for my training. I need you to venture and collect
various scrolls and spell books for me and be sure to interview possible
teachers. Do this for me and I shall reward you well.

Can be found wandering around in the Runic Temple. (West of Rune recall) —
