Long Desc: Murmur, the Temple Wizard, is standing here.

Murmur is the official Wizard for the Runic Temple and has been so for
many years.  Sometime during his tenure as Temple Wizard, he was placed in
charge of protocol.  No one in the Temple or in Rune seems to know how long
he has been here, but he is known to be at least 50 years of age, and he
looks it.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
