This quest is called 'Sanctuary Seekers', for Adventurers levels
60 to
120.
Description of Sanctuary Seekers:
Come hither brave adventurer. I have got wind that there are several
crooked denizens in Templeton, who wish to turn over a new leaf. They
expressed a desire to come and live peacefully within the fortified walls of
my fair city but fear that Lady Templeton will arrest them at the city
gates. It is only natural that my lawful and orderly city be the perfect
rehabilitation center for these people. Lady Templeton is too proud to
acknowledge that, which rules out any above the table ways to get them out
Templeton. This is where you come in to the picture. Go forth the Frost
Giant Keep and obtain the blue orbs that grant its users sanctuary. Deliver
these orbs to a person that preaches all day about his religion, a person
that hides in the shadows and an aggressive rowdy street punk. With these
orbs I will grant them sanctuary and they can safely leave Templeton and
travel for our magnificent city. Make sure you also notify the captain of
the Jail to look out for these sanctuary seekers. May the Power guide and
protect you.
