This quest is called 'Highway 69', for Adventurers levels
30 to
59.
Description of Highway 69:
I'm saddened at the state the road system of Sepharia is in. I need you
to and look at each of the major roads that branch lead to the cities of
Sepharia. Once you have seen what kind of shape the roads are in return to
Rune and gather some supply's you think would be needed to get our road
system up to par. Only look at the immediate roads that are connected to
the great towns. You will be able to spot the roads I'm most interested in
as they are where signposts that direct travelers have been placed. You
will be well rewarded for your time.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
55 quest points,
5 practice points,
6000 experience points, and
9000 gold pieces.

Highway 69 consists of:
Phase 1: Journey to Lasler Trail.
The spot you need for this phase is 6 spaces north out of Lasler, right where the sign is. —

Phase 2: Journey to A Small Trail.
Be aware that this road, "A Small Trail", is not the trail west of Rune that leads to Van Pelt Reward Emporium nor is it the trail leading north from Rune Forest.
The trail they want you to enter is the intersection of The Great North Road and A Small Trail located on the trail that connects Rune to New Rigel. It is directly southwest of New Rigel (if you follow the road from the North Gate of New Rigel you should be able to spot a trail heading west that connects with The Great North Road on your way south towards Rune). —

Ok, to make this a little bit more understandable...At the North Gate of New Rigel, there is a small trail. Thats te one you need. —

This is the intersection between the trail and the Great North Road, outside the north gate of New Rigel. —

Phase 3: Journey to Runic Highway.
Thie is where the Runic Highway connects just below the Hall of Honor and splits east and west, north heads to the Lasler Trail. —

Phase 4: Journey to The South Road.
"The South Road" they are referring to is the road that connects to "Runic Highway". Follow "Runic Highway" heading west from Rune. —

Head west from Rune (toward Xaventry, New Kolvir, etc.). Near the end of the Runic Highway, but before the bridge, there is an intersection between the Runic Highway and the South Road. The room you are looking for is 1 west of the signpost. —
