This quest is called 'Budding Forests', for Adventurers levels 120 to 179.
Description of Budding Forests:
The plants and animals are awakening from their winter slumber! We have a
very close connection with the lands around us, so I am naturally concerned
about the growth of our forests this year. Please go check a couple
forested areas and check on the trees. Report back to me with what you have
found. I need to know if there are any trees that need special attention
this growing season. I'll need you to visit three areas on this coninent:
Rune Forest, Mandrake Woods and New Rigel. I would also like you to travel
to the jungles to the southeast and Idra Isle.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 40 quest points, 3 practice points, 45000 experience points, and 15000 gold pieces.
