This quest is called 'Tellerium Health Code', for Adventurers levels 15 to 60.
Description of Tellerium Health Code:
Our hospital has recently been swamped with patients complaining of a
stomach ache. Doctor Felstaff is pretty sure that the illness is caused by
bad food, however, I've been telling him to tell the patients that it is
caused by "bad vapors." They're falling for it thus far, but before anyone
more knowledgeable falls ill, I want you to go around and collect samples of
food from local restaurants and deliver them to the doctor for testing. He
is fairly certain that if we can find the source of the virus, we can
eliminate it and restore his work load to normal. Go now, and make haste!
