This quest is called 'Druid Blind', for Adventurers levels 25 to 250.
Description of Druid Blind:
One of your most powerful spells as a DRUID is SMOKE EVOCATION.
Sometimes the easiest way to defeat an opponent is to blind them. Go and
visit the druid instructor here in this town and learn how to use the powers
of smoke to blind your opponent. Then go into the surrounding forest and
put this skill to the test. First, kill a wild boar with out blinding it,
then blind one and kill it. Note the difference in difficulty and return to
me. I think you will find great use for this spell.

+++This quest requires you to use the spell Smoke Evocation to
complete a special phase. If you do not have access to this spell at this
time, you can turn in this quest incomplete at no penalty.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 30 quest points, 4 practice points, 30000 experience points, and 3000 gold pieces.
