Description of Popularity Contest:
I have decided to hold a contest in honor of the helpful members of our
community. I need you to seek out several of our upstanding citizens, and
inform them of this contest. I will also need you to visit the bank and see
if they will fund the prizes for this competition. When you have completed
these tasks, come report back and you will be rewarded for your time.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 35 quest points, 3 practice points, 12000 experience points, and 5000 gold pieces.
