Description of Sigil Under Pressure:
I've been having problems lately with enforcing tax laws here in town. My
council and I have decided that a little pressure on the owners of the
establishments might be just the push that they need to show that we mean
business. Nothing too major mind you, just rough the places up a little
bit; maybe break a few things and illustrate that there is more to come if
they do not fulfill their fiscal responsibilities to the city. Go now! And
