This quest is called 'Conqueror's Raiment', for Adventurers levels

Description of Conqueror's Raiment:
For those new to the Order, their next task is to gather materials with
which we will build them a set of armor. While the majority of us are
competent enough to avoid any serious injury, I don't particularly want more
blood staining my floors, and so you must learn the ways of this land while
armoring yourself for war. Delve into the Ant Hill, Rune River, to the
Devastation and to the Dark Forest. Battle those of the Rabid Wolf, and
collect the components for your battleplate.

Conqueror's Raiment consists of:
Phase 1: Obtain the Heart of the Yew from deep in the Ant Hill.
An ant-sage, Yewhide drops this. Long description: A strange, befuddled ant wanders around, carrying a strip of yew on its back. If other people kill him and they don't need the item, then you can also find it on the ground (long description is in green) —

Phase 2: Obtain the golem's plating from beneath the font of magical power near the graveyard.
From Samara go 3w, s, 2w, 2nw, all north into the dark trail and from there, try to go to the furthest possible northeast corner. The room is A Glowing Lake. enter the font, go down and pick up the plating. Be ready to fight a no-flee mob, an elemental steeped. —

Phase 3: USE the Golem's Fist on a wirespirit to steal a bundle of wiring.
The wirespirit wanders in the woodland area close to the forest road. Attack it, then hold and use the fist given at the beginning of the quest. —

Phase 4: Collect ten pieces of scattered golem plating from around the Forest.
straightforward - pick up 10 pieces of armor on the forest floor. picking up the last one will complete the phase. —

Phase 5: Become invisible to sneak into the bird village's storeroom and reclaim a Golem core..
This phase has changed to Become invisible to sneak into the bird village's storeroom and reclaim a Golem core. The Golem's Fist will no longer turn you invisible - instead you can purchase and use an invisibility scroll from Jeria's shop next door. —

Phase 6: Steal supplies from the storehouses of the insane marauders near the Devastation.
From the heart of desolation, go all west, 2sw, w, s and get supplies —

Phase 7: Slay the leader of the insane marauders, and claim his armor as your own.
Continue the west path from the previous step and find Rais the insane then kill him to complete this phase —
