Questmaster: Elauyin [Rune Forest]
This quest is called 'Destruction from Above', for Adventurers levels 10 to 60.
Description of Destruction from Above:
After their near-success with the poison in the River, we have to take
drastic steps. The scouting band that helped stop the poisoning spent some
time figuring out the lay of the land, and we've calculated a certain spot
in the river where their hideout should extend under. We were fortunate in
that we managed to capture one of their noviciates and...convince him to
hand over the information.

Take this explosive. It's just powerful enough to cause a collapse of the
riverbed around it, which in turn should flood the Order's dormitories
below. I've calculated that it would be most efficient for you to set them
off in the depths of Rune River. However, you'll need to make the explosive
impervious to water somehow. Visit the bird village in the northern end of
the forest; I've heard that their gods offer travelers a blessing...should
you help them first. Visiting the Skyflame's memorial is probably the best
place to start.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 30 quest points, 3 practice points, 0 experience points, and 3000 gold pieces.
