This quest is called 'Heart Attack!', for Adventurers levels 10 to 59.
Description of Heart Attack!:
Yesterday, I received the unfortunate news that my cousin died in a
sudden heart attack. I must depart Rune at once and journey to Tellerium
where the funeral will take place. As this was unexpected I had planned a
meeting for tomorrow. Unfortunately, it would be impossible for me to get
back in time. I need you to journey around Rune, and let the people that
were coming know it is cancelled. Also, find Sathan and tell him he is in
charge of Rune until i get back. May the Powers guide and protect you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 30 quest points, 3 practice points, 25000 experience points, and 15000 gold pieces.
