This quest is called 'Time for the Contest!', for Adventurers levels 10 to 30.
Description of Time for the Contest!:
Each year there is a really fun contest in Rune. Every year many people
come and participate in this contest. However this year the materials that
I have been sent by the other Questmasters are insufficient for me to use
for the contest. I need you to go out into Rune and find and give me
certain items I need. If you come back to me with everything on the list
you shall be rewarded. Please do this as fast as you can.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 25 quest points, 2 practice points, 11000 experience points, and 6000 gold pieces.
You have 120 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
