Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
Well with Rune being next to the ocean, some nasty storms can come in.
These storms sometimes bring various diseases with them and other ailments
from the cold, damp winds. With a recent storm having just passed through,
I'm worried a plague may be upon us. So with this in mind I want you to go
and see if any illnesses have been reported. If it is go and find this list
of ingredients that will aid our healers in their attempt to cure it. The
best remedies come from Rune Forest, the woods of Mandrake, and Arcane
Archipelago. Also, I'm told soup is good for these ailments so perhaps you
can visit Kirra and whip some up after you deliver these items for me.
