Description of Heresy in the Arcane:
While many adventurers travel to the Arcane Archipelago, most do not
fully explore it and thus miss out on many unique opportunities. One of the
areas most often neglected is Heresy, an abandoned town east of the main
portion of the area. I want you to go there and report back to me on what
you find. Perhaps valuable items can be found there, but always be aware of
the danger. After you explore the area thoroughly, check out the
inhabitants using due caution. Return to me with your report and I will see
that you are well rewarded. May the Powers protect you!

Not in Arcane Ocean at all. Find the up in the ocean, and travel east. There are aggros and cpk that way; which if your carefull u wont have to travel through. —
