This quest is called 'Orc Brutality', for Adventurers levels 60 to 120.
Description of Orc Brutality:
The leaders of our allies to the north, the Orcs of Dungeon Wroth have
been causing trouble with their soldiers. I have received reports that the
Orc leaders have been whipping and torturing their soldiers and trainee's
simply for the fun of it. Quickly, run north to Wroth and teach these Orc
leaders a lesson! While you're there, save the young Orc soldiers from the
rough rule of their commanders. Also, I have a suspicion that the High
Priest there is also taking part in this. Hurry back quickly and you will
be rewarded well!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 50 quest points, 4 practice points, 12000 experience points, and 3000 gold pieces.
