Description of Unwelcome Guests:
While Lord Vashir appreciates the revenue that tourists bring to his
towne, he is concerned about the increasing population of pickpockets that
follow these visitors. These rogues threaten the safety of the highway and
must be controlled. It is suspected that to enter the city, this gang of
rogues must have a contact within the towne guards, so find the traitor.
The problem has extended to the point where some of these burglars have been
so bold as to steal from the palace itself, and have disappeared with a
lovely waterfall tapestry. Lord Vashir wants things put right, and your
past resourcefulness recommends you to this task.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
30 quest points,
3 practice points,

A short rogue.
I usually find these on southeastern portion of Bastion Rd —

This is now Defeat a scoundrel. Hidden mob, wanders NR. —

Phase 4: Defeat
A drow brigand.
Can be found on the road between the intersection north of the Bazaar and Desert Thorn —

Can also be found on shadow road between xaventry and mandrake —
