While New Rigel has a wide range of goods and services available in its
shops, Lord Vashir has been hearing much about the goods and services
obtainable in Lowangen. He has decided that an analysis should be conducted
to compare those offered in New Rigel and Lowangen. For this reason, he is
dispatching adventurers to compare them and report back to him as soon as
possible. For your service to the realm you will be well rewarded indeed!
