This quest is called 'The Mighty Spear', for Adventurers levels 180 to 240.
Description of The Mighty Spear:
I have been informed that the spear has become a very popular weapon with
warriors recently so I would like to find out more about it and its use in
battle. Please bring me a few examples of this weapon and find those people
who are able to educate me in this matter. To recover the weapons you will
need to travel to the Desert of Thorn, Xaventry, and Vospire and to as far
away as Atlantis. To find the trainers you will have to journey to
Xaventry, Rune, Sigil and Atlantis. You will be very well rewarded for your
efforts.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 75 quest points, 9 practice points, 30000 experience points, and 15000 gold pieces.
You have 200 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
The Mighty Spear consists of:

Phase 1: Recover the trident of the royal guard.

Guards in Atlantis drop these. (south from the king) — Kirali

Phase 2: Recover a sand spear.

Carried by nomads in Desert Thorn — Killerbeez

Phase 3: Recover a wooden spear.

Weary Adventurer in Xaventry drops this. — Kirali

Phase 4: Recover the spear of justice.

Meanna in Vospire drops this. Usually hangs around TS. repops just south of TS. — Kirali

Phase 5: Visit A warrior whale.

Trainer in Atlantis. — Kirali

Phase 6: Visit General Naveel.

Barracks, Market Street, Xaventry. — Jasra

Phase 7: Visit Evelyn.

Rune, Runic Guild Hall, in Combat Training, Solomon Street — Niky

Phase 8: Journey to Office of the First Sword.

In Sigil. All west on Park street, 2 north. — Kirali
