The devices of a sick-minded animal trainer rest here, blunt weapons and
sharp sticks, along with various oils and potions to cause pain and
discomfort.  Muzzles, leashes, and other restraints also dot the walls
perhaps the trainers don't have as much control over the beasts as they
would like.  A cage holding the animals is behind the closed door on the
west wall.
