The rough-cut hallway is very new and fairly well lit.  Loose stone from
the cutting of the hallway litter the floor making walking a challenge. 
Larger stones are stacked in what appear to be patterns.  The howling of
animals from the north and the moans of prisoners from the southern passages
makes for an eerie combination.  A small storage room is open to the west.  
A dangerous snake is slithering around here.
