This is the main chamber of the hall of the clans.  To the east and west
branch off different rooms dedicated to strength, courage, knowledge, and
wisdom.  There is a whole line of metal coats of armor here displaying the
chivalry involved in being in a clan.  There is also a line of tapestries,
hanging from the walls and ceiling.
