This is the room which the clan master has made his office.  In order to
create a clan, deposit clan gemstones, add or remove a member, a clan leader
must visit one of the clan masters in Alyria for these tasks to be
performed.  Since only the most respected of individuals could ever achieve
this social rank of Clan Master, it is not too easy to find such a person
when needed.
