Wylen, a renegade and rowdy dwarf, has set up his own blacksmithy here
across the road from the towne's largest blacksmith shop.  According to
rumours, Wylen got in an argument with the smiths in the other shop and
decided that he would be a far better blacksmith than any of them ever
could.  That said, he has this small little hut here where he pounds at a
giant anvil sixteen hours a day.  His skill is rather dazzling,  if it is
broken he can probably fix it.  Of course, he charges a higher price for
the use of such talent.
