This is the Xaventry Corral, a place where you can go to get a solid
mount underneath you or even a pet to follow behind you and help you fight
off beasts in the wilderness.  This corral is well known to be one of the
highest in quality in all of Sepharia, so even if the prices are a little
higher, its well worth the extra gold.
