This is a small dirt path right off of Market Street which heads in the
southern direction ending at the main Guard Barracks and over to the west is
a pet shop with some of the world's most unique pets.  The path is wide
enough to be classified as a road rather than an alley, and by the looks of
all the tracks in the dirt, the path is used quite frequently by horses and
wagons.
