A Stairway Ascending into the Trees                    -      -      -

There is a stairwell here that leads up the side of a giant oak tree that
must be at least one hundred years old.  You look upwards to see where it
goes and find that there is a whole series of long rope bridges connecting
several trees with giant houses inside their upper branches.  This must be
where the troops live who stay here.
