This is a run down little inn that is right next door to the Yellow
Bandit.  To the east and south of here are its only two rooms which the
innkeeper allows guests to stay in.  From the looks of this place he must
not do a lot of business for every piece of furniture is old and broken
down.  The cost of a room here can not be too expensive.
