This room has seating for the followers of Ithrilis to sit on as they
attend daily cerimonies.  The altar is just to the south of here, but is
unreachable because it is on a small island in the middle of a pond. 
Although this whole room is enclosed in a dome, you can not see the bridge
that extends to the island, perhaps there isn't one?  The walls of the dome
are flowing with water which cascades down its sides into a basin along the
edges of the room.
