The altar of Ithrilis is standing on a small island in the middle of the
pond inside this domed room.  There isn't anything really special about the
altar except for a few religious items on its surface.  The high priest will
come into this room and conduct a ceremony much like a choir concert.  The
followers of Ithrilis gather all around the pond and sing in unison, giving
glory to Ithrilis, the embodied element of water.  You are about to leave
this island when you take a second look at the room at which it is in.
