This is a room full of corked walls that contain messages and postings
for rewards and such that the citizens of Xaventry wish to make public.  In
order to hang a message here, one must have the consent of the Magistrate's
Office which is behind the north wall.  As you look through all of the
messages here, you realize how busy the lives of Xaventry citizens are.
