The prison hallway stands between a row of cells which the offenders of
the laws often find themselves in.  Although Xaventry's law system isn't
harsh, rarely are all four of the cells filled.  There are two guards who
are usually stationed down here when prisoners are present.  There is a
story around town that one time a guard fell asleep and a prisoner stole his
keys!  Oops!
