This busy little street runs along the west side of the canal.  A sturdy
fence has been erected on the bank, probably meant to keep tourists from
accidentally taking a swim.  Pleasant little shops line the street, each one
bearing a colorful sign describing the merchandise sold within.  You have an
urge to duck inside one of the stores, if only for a moment's peace from the
bustling crowds of people.  New Rigel Emporium lies to the north.
