The shrine of Vandyne is dedicated to the common followers of this
elemental.  Vandyne's people are humble and accept their being as the
universal neutrality.  While Vandyne will not favor good or evil, she does
take an active role in keeping the dark powers safely aligned with the
lighter ones.  The scrollwork and the marble statues all over this room are
commonplace symbols of the Vandyne religion.
