This is a run-down little inn that is right next door to an old run-down
tavern.  To the north and west of here are its only two rooms which the
innkeeper allows guests to stay in.  From the looks of this place he must
not do a lot of business for every piece of furniture is old and broken
down.  The cost of a room here cannot be too expensive.
