You have entered the sacred home of an Ithrilis Follower.  The rooms are
full of fountains big and small, all operating on an endless cycle of
flowing water.  There is a small sacred chapel in the back that is common to
the homes of Ithrilis followers.  It is said that a commoner is forbidden
to enter it under the penalty of Ithrilis's wrath.
