This is a dark room that is quite large in size.  There is no ceiling in
this room so the only light in here comes directly from above you.  You
begin to wonder what happens when it rains, but you quickly remember that
this is a temple dedicated to water!  There are many statues scattered along
the edges of this lobby, and two dark passageways decend into a dimly lit
rooms to the east and west.
