This is the stand at which all witnesses go for the judge to hear. 
Witnesses are generally interviewed by both halves of the case while the
judge listens intently on what has been said.  Upon gazing at the witness
chair, you wonder how many people had to spill their stories unwillingly
before this courtroom.
