This is a seating area that overlooks an arena just to the east and south
of here.  You are many rods above the arena, but can get a clear view of
what goes on down there.  The only thing you spot in the arena right now are
a bunch of water elementals which seem to not be interested in harming one
another.  After a few moments, the elementals move and you spot some sort of
priestess standing in the arena's center.
