The trees in this section are much more dense then in the pine-filled
woods of the other section of the forest.  The dense branches of blackwood
trees tower high above, choking out the canopy and blotting the last
traces of light from the sky.  The floor, dead and devoid of plant life,
withered from decades of blackness, is covered in a hard packed dirt blank
of footprints.  The local animal life must steer clear of this area,
frightened by its unknown mystique.  
A long snouted anteater curiously digs for insects underground.
