Sporadically placed trees stand sentinel along the misty forest path.  A
dry rotted pine tree felled by nature lay across the wooded trail, its
brittle bark blanketed in a thick matting of gray moss.  The overhanging
branches form an excellent umbrella to the skies above, keeping the ground
dry and cool all year round.  A simplistic bird feeder made of string and
mud hangs from the low slung branch of one of the more fertile pines.  
A long snouted anteater curiously digs for insects underground.
