Now you are in the middle of the cliff, its about the same distance to
either side.  The rocks on the cliff seem less perilous here as they seem to
be quite a bit higher up.  The northern side is quite a tempest overlooking
lake whompfish with wave after wave crashing up on the rocks while the south
side is much more serene with a few soft waterfalls slowly working their way
down.
