Overlooking the Western Forest                         -      -      -

The dark cavern terminates, and once again you are exposed to nature. 
The sky stretches about above you, and the whole of the western forest lays
below you.  From this vantage point, several hundred above the rest of the
area, you can see pretty much everything.  Off to the far west, you can spot
the beginning of the shady trail that eventually crosses Stinkfish River.  A
bit north of the trail is the deserted hut, whose windows, even at this
great distance, you can see into.  Off the edge of the southwestern ledge is
a long, long drop.  The forest continues eastward up to the very base of the
mountain, which is just below you.
